Night browsing is something quite a number of mobile network subscribers now enjoy doing. The major reason why these subscribers do night browsing is most times to avoid using their weekly/monthly subscription to download/upload a large file or so as to avoid using the same data subscription to consume video contents on YouTube or other streaming platforms.
And just like every other network in Nigeria, 9mobile also has its own night plan which its subscribers can make use of for their midnight data needs. In this post, we’re going to be looking at 9mobile night plan of #100 and how you can subscribe to it.
9mobile night plan category
The least 9mobile night plan (which is for all 9mobile subscribers) costs N50 and gives you access to 250MB of data. Then if you are a 9mobile morecliq subscriber, N50 will give you access to 500MB of data.
The next 9mobile night plan cost N200 and give you access to 1GB of data. All of these night data plans can be used between 12:00 am and 5 am. There are other 9mobile night plans which will not be discussed here.
How to subscribe to 9mobile night plan for #100
As you can see from some of the 9mobile night plan category that I specified above, there is no night plan that cost #100. This means you can’t directly subscribe for a 9mobile night plan at the cost of #100. But still at the cost of #100, there is a way to go about subscribing for 9mobile night plan.
Since the least 9mobile night plan which gives you 250MB data cost #50, it means you will have to subscribe for the #50 night plan twice and this will give you 500MB. If you are on morecliq, subscribing for the #50 night plan twice will give you 1GB.
In summary:
N50 night plan x 2 = 250MB x 2 which gives 500MB (for all 9mobile subscribers).
Subscription code for this night plan is *229*10*10#
N50 night plan x 2 = 500MB x 2 which gives 1GB (only available to morecliq subscribers).
To activate the morecliq night plan that offers more data (i.e. 500MB for #50), you will first have to migrate to morecliq from your existing 9mobile tariff plan. To migrate to morecliq, follow the steps below:
- Dial *244#. A pop-up menu will appear on your screen.
- Reply with 1 to migrate to morecliq
- Or you can outrightly dial *244*1# to migrate to morecliq.
And just like that, you will become a morecliq subscriber. Thereafter, you can dial *282*22# to subscribe to the #50 night plan that gives you access to 500MB.
To check your night plan data balance, dial *228#.
In conclusion, and like I have pointed out, there is no immediate 9mobile night plan that cost #100, which means you will have to subscribe to a #50 night plan twice. The #50 night plan can either be the one that gives you access to 250MB (of which #100 will give you 500MB) or the morecliq night plan that gives you access to 500MB (of which #100 will give you 1GB).
