- Log in by inputting your default SSID and password. There is usually a default username and password that comes with every Spectranet router which are: username: admin, password: admin.
- Click on “Device Settings” and then select “WLAN Settings”.
- You will then see the SSID and Security Key (which is the same as the password).
- Click on each of the boxes to edit it i.e. change the SSID and password. Then finally save it.

- Go to 192.168.8.1 on your browser (either on mobile or PC).
- Log in by inputting your default SSID and password. There is usually a default username and password that comes with every Spectranet router which are: username: admin, password: admin.
- Click on “Wireless” and then select “Wireless Security Settings”.
- Then pick out the section that specifies SSID and Password. Delete the default ones there, add your own SSID and password then click the save button.
